Services & scope

The right support,
at the right stage.

Every project needs a different level of support. We begin with the space, its intended use and your budget, then agree the scope of design, sourcing and delivery. The descriptions below guide that conversation; deliverables and responsibilities are defined for each project.

01

Whole-home furniture sourcing

When it fits

Your layout and overall direction are largely established, and you need help selecting furniture and coordinating procurement.

Scope

Furniture is assessed against scale, function, style and budget, including materials, dimensions and how pieces work together. Procurement, custom orders, quality checks and delivery are coordinated within the agreed scope.

Deliverables

Furniture recommendations and a selection schedule, agreed specifications and quotations, and coordination of the procurement and delivery items included in the project.

Boundaries

Lighting, curtains, rugs and accessories are confirmed separately by category. This service does not automatically include a complete furnishing design package.

02

Complete furnishing design & delivery

When it fits

You want furniture, decorative lighting, curtains, rugs, artwork and accessories to form a coherent whole, with support from planning through final styling.

Scope

We coordinate furniture layout and scale, colour and materials, and the relationships between furnishing elements, followed by sourcing, custom orders, quality checks and on-site styling as agreed.

Deliverables

Concept and detailed furnishing proposals, selection and budget schedules, and coordination of custom-order approvals, delivery arrangements and acceptance items. Document formats are agreed at the outset.

Boundaries

The service focuses on furnishings. Architectural design, construction and building-services engineering are outside its scope and remain the responsibility of the relevant professional teams.

03

Early-stage furnishing consultancy

When it fits

Architectural or interior fit-out decisions are still being made, and you want furniture and furnishing requirements considered early.

Scope

We advise on furniture dimensions and layout relationships, decorative lighting and curtain requirements, and colour and material coordination, working with your design and construction teams.

Deliverables

Agreed early-stage furnishing recommendations, a list of conditions for the relevant teams to check, and clarification of key coordination points.

Boundaries

Advice does not replace construction drawings, engineering design or site inspections by qualified local professionals. Subsequent furnishing design, procurement and delivery are scoped separately.

Before we begin

What should I share for an initial conversation?

The project city, type of space, current stage and main priorities. Floor plans, site photographs, visual references and a budget range are also helpful if available.

Can we discuss furnishings while the fit-out is being planned?

Yes. Early-stage consultancy can identify furniture and usage requirements, along with conditions your fit-out team needs to allow for or verify. Architectural design and construction remain with the relevant teams.

Are design, procurement and on-site services all included?

That depends on the selected service and the project agreement. Design outputs, product categories, custom orders, site support and delivery responsibilities are defined separately. Fees are quoted for each project.

How are overseas site checks and delivery handled?

Remote collaboration can use drawings, photographs, video and online meetings. Responsibility for physical measurements, installation conditions and local compliance must be assigned and coordinated with the local team. International shipping, customs clearance, duties and taxes, local installation and after-sales responsibilities require separate agreement; they are not automatically included.
